GW Transportation wanted to provide the same resource to our customers to learn about our services, without having to navigate through pages and pages to find what they were looking for. Our new site focuses on flow. To start, we consolidated pages with relevant information and navigation for clients while also maintaining the key functional aspects of the original site. After that, improved the user-interface of these pages. For instance, pages like our client portal and bill pay look different but retain their functionality.
