We work with GW a lot, based on price, availability, and the people we deal with there. We can call Brian in the morning and he has it covered in the afternoon. I don’t know how he does it! We have put GW to the test and there have been no obstacles. When we have to jump through hoops for customers, GW jumps through hoops for us!
They touch base with customers and have consistent quality. But the best part of doing business with them is I enjoy the people!
Customer service is a big deal for us, and GW has set the bar really high! We ask for rate quotes and they’re very timely. We’ll send them an e-mail, and within the hour we have a quote. During shipments, they’ll call the on-site person to set up delivery, which is very helpful.

GW gets everything done with one phone call: arranging delivery times, crane setups and permits. Give them the destination and they figure out what type of equipment is needed and get it done. We do a lot of specialty freight, and Lee is knowledgeable and easy to deal with.
